Correct. "Benefits on other Star Alliance airlines" is what I was asking about not Silver benefits on UA which are widely discussed. I looked this up and you're right that on paper there's basically nothing of value for being Star Alliance Silver via this UA programme. Hence my question whether any Titanium member had ever got anything on these other airlines in the real world.
I believe that as a UA silver member, I've gotten some enhanced access to UA award redemptions even on AC, but I could be wrong on that. Maybe a nonstop EWR-YYZ that I could spend UA miles on at a lower rate than my wife.
Thankfully, other than a stray YBC-YQB on an all-Y prop plane, I can't recall flying Y on a *A carrier in recent years, so it hasn't really come up.
