Booked the Queen (basically lowest priced room) and got upgraded to the Balcony King as a diamond. It was nice... although buyer beware that the rooms have no view to the outside (the windows and "balcony" opens to the inner atrium). It's a very different hotel coming from the LM and the HR on the same trip. As mrcool1122 mentioned above, the lack of a real window may be a con, even for the upgraded room.

I'll update with more information as the stay goes on, but generally this is worth staying if you like Zocalo and want something different than the other option(s) in town. This certainly struck me as impressively different.

Also, beware that the traffic is awful. Every time you get in or out, prepare for at least a 15 minute walk to somewhere more away from Zocalo to get a Uber/Didi or any kind of ride. The time it takes for any car to drive to the front door through the center traffic is enough for you to walk to your destination.
Curious for your thoughts compared to the LM, as we're also considering these two options (LM or Umbral).
