Airtrain shutdowns/delays are the biggest (and only real) negative for this property. I've had issues getting to/from several times, including nearly missing a flight because Airtrain was having a problem. They should have built a walkway to G Terminal.
I'll second, and amplify, all comments above. There are "emergency" phones in the train stations and I will pick one up and raise hell in a heartbeat if a Red Train is not there within 10 minutes. If you don't call you'll never know if they decided on a whim to stop service (they have and do). There is no practical way to walk from GH SFO to the terminals or vice versa, I've asked several times.
Other than that, a stunning and amazing hotel property, 10/10 management, airport or otherwise. Oryx Airport hotel on DOH
should be this good

GH SFO blows it away and the renowned HI at Changi as well.
