The main priority for him isn't the frequent flyer programme,lounges,on board food or choice of champagne it's punctuality as he always has to connect along the way. Seat comfort wasn't a worry as he flies up front. He doesn't fly BA all the time but he did give them the and had no complaints about their product.
When I questioned him on some of his points he said ''but you're just a holiday flyer''..cheeky beggar!!
