This has come back to bite me for the first time. So far, every other stay since this started, including those with Mr. Fink, the credit has been enough or more to cover breakfast. Today, not so much. I am solo but booked for two people figuring $24 would do the job. I had Eggs Benny with no meat. $25. With tax and 20% tip $32.53. Had I played by the rules and booked for one person, I would be out over $20. As it stands, it cost me $8.53. Not a big deal considering that when I have eggs for breakfast, I never have lunch but still pretty pricy for a breakfast that should cost half that. I have three more stays elsewhere in the next week so we’ll see how it goes.

Edit: Update. The credit did not post when I checked out on the app. Necessitated a trip to the front desk and a wait in line. The rep was very nice, posted the credit immediately, and said he also wishes they would just bring back the Diamond breakfast as this is a pain for them as well. All in all an unnecessary waste of 15 minutes.
