Qatar itself never had any A340-200 or A340-300s, this appears to be either A340-200 A7-HHK or A340-300 A7-AAH belonging to Qatar Amiri Flight (someone with a much better eye will be able to tell which), used for VIP Transport for the royal family of Qatar, as well as the government of Qatar.
