You don't have enough Skywards Miles to complete this transaction
I am attempting to book an award ticket. I transferred points from Amex a couple of hours ago, and the points showed in my Skywards account immediately. However, whenever I attempt to book, I receive an error message stating that I don't have enough Skywards Miles; in reality, I have the exact amount required in my account. I have tried logging out and logging back in multiple times. Is this a known issue? Any way around this?
