If you can get 8A,8D or 8F you will have under seat storage under the first class seats in front of you and a ton of legroom. 8D and 8F are the best seats in coach, with 8A a close 2nd. They do have the tray table in the armrest.

8C lines up with the aisle for first class, so no under seat storage (unless the person in 8A is nice and shares their storage). You have unlimited legroom, but it at the expense of loading passengers and the FA's constantly going through the aisle and bumping your legs/feet. I try to avoid 8C. If I do have it, I try to board pretty late.

Row 9 and 10 have much less legroom. They are elite only because they are near the front of the plane. There is nothing else special about them. Stick with row 8 unless it is 8C, then maybe look for row 15 or 16.
