To follow up.... I took the screenshot as suggested (even though not everything fit on the screen) and waited a day to see if I'd get the upload error again. It went through and I was notified within an hour that I was good to go.

Since emed sent the lab report in a separate email, I'll go ahead and print that out just in case.
