Hi all,

I have a trip planned beginning the end of August 2021through early September for the Baltic states - arriving in Helsinki then on to > Estonia > Latvia > Lithuania . The only fly in the ointment seems to be travel restrictions on Latvia. Has anyone had recent travel experience there with covid restrictions?

I'm a US citizen with both vaccine doses (more than 14 days ago) and a negative PCR test. From what I can tell now, I may have to catch a bus in Tallinn and travel straight to Lithuania, skipping Latvia.

Any information is appreciated.
