Stayed at the weekend. Pre-upgraded to the 10th floor City Suite. Nice hotel, good service. They should provide an Executive floor/ status email/letter to guide what the benefits are.. I used digital key so had no idea except what I learnt from this thread.

Executive floor is on the ground floor but the room did not have a sign to identify it. Currently breakfast is only served in the restaurant (06:30-1030). There was a good a spread and it was nice to have a self service buffet. Nespresso coffee, tea and water available all day in the lounge. 6-8pm wine, beer and some canapes are available.

The suite had a good view of the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. The windows need a clean on the outside so photos were not good. In the room the mini bar had a large sparkling water and a small still water. Two small bottles of water were left outside of the fridge.

I had never thought of staying here before but as we were dining at the Oxo restaurant it worked well. We had a drink at the rooftop bar, Savage Garden, which was nice but the weather wasn't too good so the outside space was closed. You can sign to the room. We will be back.
