Opening FL at JFK is a huge differentiator. With Polaris seat, UA still had an on-board advantage over AA in J. But with UA operating the 752, it's AA by a mile.
Yeah, I've definitely noticed this on red-eyes in the window seat. More footwell space on the A321T makes it much easier for me to sleep.
Only thing I can think of that's unfavorable on the A321T is the pax to lav ratio (20:1 vs. 16:1). Relatively minor compared to all the other items mentioned, but one thing that I never really liked about the A321T J cabin.
Still, can't think of any good reason to book UA on this route for the time being.
