Well yeah. As I posted upthread my experience at the Capital Hilton in DC, the menu prices are so high it renders the credit essentially worthless for breakfast. Which I presume is more of a feature rather than a bug of the program, at least from the franchisees perspective.
That reminds me that I don't believe I ever got a response from Hilton customer service regarding that complaint so will need to follow up with William.
