I'm not sure OLCI has worked for me EU-UK at all this year.
It definitely worked for me in Italy, Spain and France.
From memory, there are some "remote" stations (such was their name) where neither FLY nor Altéa JFE could be installed. There are very of them because, let's face it, Altéa is the most widespread system. Those, in my memory, were the Croatian airports (maybe not ZAG?), Tirana, possibily Krakow but I'm not sure.
