Thanks for the suggestion - it was the original .pdf. But it does specify time of sample collection and not the time of the actual test (which I can guess, but don't have actual documentation of that, if it even matters). I think maybe it was acting up because I had to pick the leg to apply this to, which was my last leg, which was outside the 96 hour window, but the requirement timing is based off of the original leg. A call to UA resolved this and confirmed what the app was saying, so all good....I hope.

With that said, I'm going to assume I won't be able to fully check in online tomorrow. Does anyone know - would I be able to stop by the airport and present documents just to verify ahead of time and check in in-person, rather than a couple hours right before my flight Thursday?
