We have to have a negative PCR test within 96 hours, and the UA app clearly states that is August 22nd, 2021 11:30 am (which I agree with).

My wife and I have test results that were collected August 22nd at 3pm at CVS. The rejection reason was "your documents don't meet the date requirement. Please review the requirements again and resubmit."

Should I be worried? This seems like a really basic check on that grounds. Trying to make sure we're good for our belated honeymoon has been quite the stressful experience.

Update: Rejected again. These are people looking at this info, not machines, correct? I'm starting to get anxious again. This is for entering the Maldives.
According to my personal experience (I just returned from Greece), sometimes it is not the document itself, but the format how it is uploaded. I highly suspect that the initial round of review is by AI.

You didn't give details of your upload, but if a picture in jpeg doesn't work, try uploading the original document in a PDF. (I did this and it was approved very quickly -- in less than a minute, which leads me to suspect that it was read by machines and AI.)

Good luck and safe travels!
