Yes, which aligns to what I was saying. Past NA menus didn't have a separation. The international menus didn't have a separation before.
Sorry, I wasn't clear - my OP regarding menus was a general statement, not specifically to the current situation that got some of the discussion rolling here!
Also my bad for not noticing this thread is about NA Business!
(But yes, I was also referring to my pre-covid experiences. I have no idea what the current service standard is officially, though on my last TATL, they did serve cheese and dessert separately and everyone was welcome to have one of each.)
