This is probably an instance where a complaint needs to be filed with customer service if that is how it is actually delivered and if the response is still wanting, I'd be glad to escalate it.

fingers crossed it's a non-issue! This is a brand new property so on one hand they're probably not experienced with it... On the other, they really have never had the old system so there's no excuse! If even a brand new property doesn't know the only policy they've ever had... :/
