Opinion of BA from a Captain/Master [of oil/gas tanker]

Having recently been back in touch with my brother it has been interesting getting his views on flying which is part of his commuting to/from work. As a Master on oil/gas tankers he has done a fair amount of flying to join or go home on leave from ships all around the world over many years.
The main priority for him isn't the frequent flyer programme, lounges,on board food or choice of champagne it's punctuality as he always has to connect along the way. Seat comfort wasn't a worry as he flies up front. He doesn't fly BA all the time but he did give them the and had no complaints about their product.
When I questioned him on some of his points he said ''but you're just a holiday flyer''..cheeky beggar!!
