Anytime you have to log in they’ll flat out deny it. I often forget to log out of a site and will begin preparing the BRG claim and then realise I was logged in and it’s been a waste of time.
I called in and spoke to someone and got it approved. I guess it’s very much a YMMV, HUCA thing.
