BoB on SAS

Well, the BoB on SAS isn't any better. It's poor and greatly overpriced. On my DUS-CPH today I ordered the Maracuja or something chocolate bar, only to see that it is made my Mondelez, which is just a pretentious name for the European division of Kraft. None of the other stuff inspired me. And there's no way I am paying €6.50 for a little bottle of Carlsberg, the worst beer this side of the galaxy. Even if they paid me, I wouldn't drink it

For the second flight, CPH-GVA, I pre-ordered a fish meal for €11. It turned out to be a cold meal, with potatoes that hadn't been cooked properly, lentil like rabbit foody bits and a few strips of uncooked salmon. I think it was supposed to be uncooked, must be a Danish thing. But I ate it because I was hungry. Felt queasy afterwards, though. Told the cabin crew it was really awful, would never order that swill again (practically nobody touched the BoB menu and certainly nobody ordered those pre-order meals apart from me, on a full flight). The cabin crew got really concerned and started offering me this and that from the BoB trolley, which is pretty good service recovery (hello, British Airways). They were really sweet, actually, and I accepted a chicken and mushroom sandwich to scoff later (really felt a bit dodgy after that pre-ordered cold meal). But once again, I can't believe they're charging €7 for two half bits of sandwich, just like the ones you get in Economy on KLM.

Why the hell can't the airlines just offer proper service?? All it would take is €10-15 extra on the ticket.
