Opened up hotels.com in an incognito window, entered a random e-mail address to see the "secret" rate and lo and behold, there's the super duper secret rate that anybody can book. E-mailed them back, hope I get approved.
They won’t approve it, unfortunately.
Anytime you have to log in they’ll flat out deny it. I often forget to log out of a site and will begin preparing the BRG claim and then realise I was logged in and it’s been a waste of time.
