Service at Rosewood generally very good. Guys by the pool/beach work really hard and we had three excellent servers in the restaurants.

Front of house mixed. Had to really push to get an upgrade even though hotel is half full. Ended up moving room on the second day which is a faff for everyone.

Value for money...who knows.
