Is SEN status worth getting for a first timer on Miles&More

Hey guys, I want your opinions on SEN status.

I am more of a Oneworld person but being based in Vienna and avoiding UK layovers now, I would like to be more LH/OS/LX based.

I saw the requirement is 100k status miles in a year and once I get that the SEN status is valid for two years? I think that’s good actually

I used the miles/status calculator and going by that I can very well achieve that during 2022.

Being based in Vienna I fly around two times to MEX a year, and if I decide to stick to LH it’ll be in F. I also fly to the US once or twice a year, and could use OS directly in business (or maybe LX) or again LH in first (not a big fan of business on LH). I’d also fly long haul to some other destination for holiday.
For shorter flights I would be doing holiday or work travel around Europe and such.

SEN wouldn’t be hard for me to achieve although HON definitely would so I won’t even try that

I know some could say I’d be enjoying a lot of the benefits of SEN already anyway by flying F, but would like to stick to one mileage program.

Also is the SEN lounge basically the same as business or is it really better?

Is SEN worth it or should I look to get status with another airline? And if so what do you guys suggest?
