Whilst I tend to agree that Antigua’s pre-arrival 7-day test seems a complete outlier from the rest of the world, from my recent experience there (just after yours) suggests that they do take matters seriously. OK, a fixation with hand-sanitising, but certainly our pre-departure tests were done thoroughly and professionally.
Where this leaves ANU in the wider context, only time and statistics will tell.
