I think November is too far off to have something set in stone "without quarantine"

Not sure if it's the relaxed entry requirements (for instance I found seven days PCR pre arrival at ANU to be far too generous, possibly allowing a number of infected pax to slip through....) which have lead to an increase in the islands. I also though the Dr conducting the departure antigen tests for UK definitely did not want any positive case by the light testing !

St Lucia & Jamaica are high contenders for red list this week. I wouldn't consider it a safe bet for 8/10 weeks time....

Not really sure this is best placed in the BA forum, maybe have a look at the destinations and other forum out there
