Has anyone used Citigold Concierge? Is it the same as the Prestige concierge? The domain name appears to be the same but the e-mail address appears to be "goldconcierge"
Given that AMEX has eliminated e-mailing of their concierge, I wonder whether Citi's concierge system can come through better for dining reservations / etc... so much easier to do through e-mail compared to over the phone or on an app.
