We had a 7-night stay in a one-bedroom suite on the 30th floor last week.
The Good:
Excellent views of all the icons
Loved the location
Friendly staff
The suite was nicely provisioned and had a combo washer/dryer. It was perfect for the three of us (parents + college aged son)
Not so Good:
4 of 7 mornings we had no hot water and had to have them reset the system. They kept saying it was a broken pipe and did comp us one night.
The fire alarm went off at 1:30 am as some prankster ran into the lobby and pulled the alarm. They should key card the front door at night!
A very very bad sewer smell in the lobby.
The room had 4 AC unit controls. Not sure how they all worked together.
Overall we would stay here again if we had one of the boys with us but would opt for something nicer if it was just the two of us. We didn't try breakfast as they were closed due to COVID. There is a great deli right down the street so didn't miss having an in-hotel breakfast.
