SAS schedule change; 3-6 hours added in each direction
Earlier this year I booked on SAS to fly GDA-CPH-ORD and return, outward on 06 Sep, returning 20 Sept.
Originally there was a 5 hr. 10 min. layover in CPH, but last week they moved the outward flight from GDA up, increasing the layover by 3.5 hours to 8 hr. 45 min.
Today they changed the return connection, extending the layover in CPH from 3 hr. 5 min. to 9 hr. 45 min.!
I'm wondering what my options are before calling them tomorrow. Would I have any chance of them rebooking me on Star Alliance partner LOT, which has more reasonable schedules via WAW? Or might they allow me to fly WAW-CPH on SAS instead?
Would such a change in the schedule permit me a full cancellation and refund? (And I could just rebook on LOT myself.)
Any advice would be much appreciated!
