Haven't heard anything from National... but I just got an email from Avis, they're running a similar program this year.

Now through February 28, 2022, Avis Preferred members can earn FREE RENTAL DAYS.
Rent twice for two days each, in an Intermediate car or larger, and we’ll email you a free day coupon. You can earn up to 5 days every month!
