The Ryanair policy isn't really very generous, no surprise there I suppose. I'm afraid the current policy only permits changes where travel must be completed by (and including) 31 December 2021.

Unless your destination finds itself on the UK Red List or FR cancel a flight in your itinerary I can't really see any options for you without paying the change fee. There is a chance FR might update/extend its policy, but until that happens you are stuck with the one linked above. Sorry, to be the bearer of bad news.
