Usually when I get notifications like this, it's in bullet form along with the reservation confirmation from the hotel. But I don't think I've ever gotten an email quite so directly worded. And I just checked: didn't receive any such email from the Josun Palace back in May when it first opened.
No doubt they are streamlining their operations since my experience there.
I'm still hoping that prices come down in the near future, esp. if their ratings on various websites can't even muster a 4.0.
