I was given two bottles of water, as per benefits. They are clearly visible in the pictures. Maybe they forgot for you and you should have asked ? Happens to me regularly at plenty of Hilton hotels over the world.
I chose the ONLY Hilton option in Madrid at the moment. I did not like it. That is my opinion. I did not comment on your review so no need to be aggressive.
