No. The resy offer is a special SUB for the vanilla plat. Once you get the Resy SUB, you cannot get another sub for the vanilla plat without a NLL offer or simply waiting out the 7 years that Amex seems to consider a lifetime.
However, per your point, the Schwab, MS, and GS plats are considered separate products from the Vanilla Plat. Thus, your participation in the Resy offer does not impact eligibility in those offers.
