This hotel "lost" me when it's idea for drinking water is to leave an empty glass bottle and encourage you to fill it from the tap. (but not to take the bottle with you) I've got better things to do than DYKWIA over the bottled water that IIRC is a Honors elite benefit, even at Tapestry hotels.

FWIW, the DT has been "planning" to reopen at least once or twice, without actually doing so. If you really need a Hilton Honors hotel, you should book this one (as you obviously don't have much choice in Madrid)
