I had the poutine from YYC-YOW last week; the fries were soggy, but still warm, the gravy was not beefy enough (reminds me of NY Fries' gravy these days), and the cheese curds didn't squeak like they do for me in Quebec City (Chez Gaston or Chez Ashton are my 2 go-tos).
I get it - 35 000 feet in the air and thus, expectations have to be lowered accordingly.
