Assuming this is not on a ticket with anything else, look at the
united.com page for Swiss under the accordion heading "Ticket Number does not start with 016".
Intra-Europe flights don't earn much anyway because they are so short, so you'll probably earn 100% award mileage (since you likely have a P fare) before premier bonuses. PQP would then be 765/5 = $153.
If you have some way to issue this on UA ticket stock you would earn slightly more RDMs and PQPs because you would get 5x fare (+ a premier bonus). An arbitrary fare I found on ITA Matrix does allow issuance on 016/UA ticket stock, but united.com will not issue a ticket without at least one UA-marketed segment on it so you would have to research combinability rules. You may also find a travel agent willing to issue a LX intra-Europe fare on 016 ticket stock.
