I just scrolled through all of the posts from May 2019 to approx May 2020. Last known photo of cookie and ice cream was in Oct 2019. Last mention was March 2020 IIRC. I'm sure you realize that AC had already started serving new dessert options on transcon J before the Now Times even started. Not exactly sure why you think they will return.
My menu from YVR-YYZ last week had no info whatsoever. My menu YYZ-YVR (in J tomorrow) has Nanaimo bar! I just made them yesterday for my family, so they have some tough competition .

I did love the cookie and ice cream, but remember it on TA, not TCON. Even Y used to get it back in the day.
