A very attentive flight attendant and the ravioli were delicious! The red wine in the can was pretty decent. The flight was enjoyable and I was dreading the recliner seats, but the service and food made up for it.
That looks far better than anything on AA in the last 18 months, hec maybe longer. what was inside the ravioli- just some ricotta? And what the sauce just something light with some lemon I would think for some nice acidity? Cant tell for sure but thats corn on top? Also, is that some white asparagus i see there as well as the green?
