They took away my own Ambassador (who still works for Bonvoy as part of the Ambassador team, but Marriott has made it increasingly difficult to contact her). The Ambassador team has been hit or miss and when certain (incompetent or worse) people answer, I hang up immediately.
OTOH, hotels I know that have treated me well in the past tend to still do so. I have LTT and lots of points, so I can always just return to those places and otherwise focus on Hyatt.
