On call with Hyatt Supervisor - she says Pay My Way doesn't work with MGM hotels - which is what I am trying to book.
Yes I see the "Pay My Way" - popup allowing mix of rate, points, point+Cash, Awards, for regular Hyatt owned hotels, but just doesn't work with MGM properties. But good know this for future bookings at Hyatt owned properties.
