I bought a Westjet ticket for my dad through expedia and we ended up cancelling the flight because westjet changed the flight and the timings were no longer suitable. Expedia has now issued a westjet voucher in my dad's name which needs to be used before the end of this year. Dad is not planning to fly anywhere else this year. i want either expedia or westjet give me my money back. Don't want vouchers. Any thoughts on how to get a refund?
