Only a courtyard and this springhill to choose from in this area. Typically when presented with these two choices, I tend to default to the springhill because the standard rooms are typically bigger and something in the morning to fill the stomach (just enough to get our group up and going). Having said that, I think the courtyard is probably a better location and appears to be a newer build than the old school courtyard setup.
