I actually enjoyed my stay at Solaz shortly after it opened. The "museum" and orientation was offered by got no push back after I declined. Nothing was ever mentioned again during my stay. My guess is owner was under increasing financial pressure to collect cashflow resulted in high pressure timeshare sales. All is moot now anyway.
