Hi,
QR should check in bags on the return to BA on separate tickets.
Outbound: BA will not check bags through so you will need to enter NL , collect bags and recheck in ( and check in will close maybe at least 1 hour ahead of departure) so at 1515 at the latest. The 1405 BA arrival does not leave a lot of room as you will be waiting for bags . The 1040 arrival ( or fly into AMS the night before and relax in AMS in the morning)
Inbound 1740 would be better although 1605 would be possible if you can OLCI for BA and QR can tag your bags through.
However between now and then there could be a number of significant time changes to both flights.
