A while ago, it was possible for people traveling in J to use the P lounge for a (high) fee. Is this still the case? I called the platinum line but the agent (based in Amsterdam) seemed to know nothing about. This does not surprise me, because if I recall correctly most decisions regarding La Premiere are taken by the AF side, not by Flying Blue. Does anyone know if paid/miles access to the P lounge is possible? Whom could I call to find out?
This has nothing to do with FB, so the number you need to call for this is the La Première line. It is capacity controlled, but I think it should be no problem at the moment.
One important thing to take into account : your CDG-JFK flight must have no P cabin. Otherwise, you won't be eligible to the offer.
Another condition introduced 2 or 3 years ago is that you need to have flown P during the last 12 months. With the pandemic, they may have relaxed this rule. As per your post, your last revenue flight in P is not that old (but > 12 months). No risk to call and ask.
The price of this service has also dramatically increased about 2 years ago

. It went up to 500 EUR (from 300 before) or 75,000 miles.
