I will be traveling from VCE to JFK in J in a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, my VCE-CDG flight has been cancelled and I have been moved to an earlier flight (operated by HOP). Because of this, I have an early-morning departure and a long layover in CDG.

A while ago, it was possible for people traveling in J to use the P lounge for a (high) fee. Is this still the case? I called the platinum line but the agent (based in Amsterdam) seemed to know nothing about. This does not surprise me, because if I recall correctly most decisions regarding La Premiere are taken by the AF side, not by Flying Blue. Does anyone know if paid/miles access to the P lounge is possible? Whom could I call to find out?

By the way, does HOP have a business class?

(Incidentally, my last AF flight was SIN-VCE in P at the end of January 2020, I remember leaving the plane in VCE and being greeted by the local responsible of AF that was puzzled as to why I would be wearing an FFP2 mask.)
