CNN, Forbes, etc. reported that some states and DC have partnered with MyIRMobile ( https://myirmobile.com/ ) for electronic vaccine record: https://www.cnn.com/2021/08/09/us/ho...rnd/index.html , and it seems true.

However, that site seems really simplistic. There is no real person to help you - either via the phone or chat. If there is no match and you request help, you have to submit your personal information using a Google Form. Really?

Who is behind this? It almost seems some startup cooked all that stuff up pretty quickly and somehow can get a bunch of states and DC to use them? Has anyone had any success with them?
