Wow, that’s very short notice and a big disappointment.

In these situations do you have to be moved to another property or can you still keep the booking and just not receive EQN/Benefits as I have an Award stay booked for 5k points a night and might prefer to keep it.
Did you read what your MHC said ?

"Reservations after that made with awards will not be honored ... " The only way you could keep the booking is if it a paid (with $) stay.
