I placed a few orders today on bestbuy to ship directly to pointsmaker in Seaford, DE. However, all my orders were cancelled shortly afterwards saying that there is a limit on how many can be purchased. You can try a variation on the address e.g. Suite vs Bldg but once BBY flags an address it's nearly impossible to ship to it.
